Google Hangouts Live Review of Carl Albert's Response to the Resurrection
Later today, I will conduct a Live Google Hangouts. This will be part 2 of my reply to Carl Albert's critique of a resurrection study which Don K Preston and I did at the end of one of his Preterist Pilgrim Weekends.
It's been a while ago so I don't remember the year. At any rate, Mr. Albert, whom I debated in July of this year (2015) responded to it. He stated he was using it to prepare for his debate with Michael Miano. I'm not sure that debate occurred.
We presented our ...

Question #1
If the church was dead in Judaism what killed it?
This questions betrays both an ignorance of covenant eschatology and ignorance of the Scriptures in general. First, the N.T. church did not exist prior to Pentecost of Acts 2.
Secondly, the church is a corporate body which is Christ himself, (Eph. ...

Memphis Eschatology Conference
Can you believe we are now in the last hour before the Memphis Eschatology Conference begins? I have been trying to finish up details here and there so I can get to sleep before I leave in about an hour for a meeting. Doesn't look like it's going to happen. So, if I don't get a catnap, I'll be walking around in a daze.
At any rate, we've heard from some who left home a few hours ago and are about to descend upon the city of Memphis. We're looking forward to seeing you. We've also heard from some ...

Identifying the Natural Man in Paul's Resurrection Motif of 1 Cor. 15
The subject of resurrection in 1 Corinthians 15 is hotly debated, controversial and even confusing to many. Much of the discussion centers around the type of body discussed in the chapter. What does Paul mean by the use of natural body and spiritual body? Many believe he speaks about a fleshly (human biology) body and versus a non-material body. How does he use the terms in 1 Corinthians.
While some begin their study of the resurrection in Corinthians in chapter 15, I have found it very rewarding to begin the ...
