The Lord expected the religious leaders of his generation to recognize the signs of the times. They could discern the weather without the modern technology. Yet, they could not discern the signs of the times for judgment and the kingdom of God.

How can it be said that Christ returned in 70AD while at the same time the Bible said no man knows the day and the hour? Many say this proves that Christ's parousia did not occur in connection with the fall of Jerusalem.
They reason that when the Scriptures speak of the fall of Jerusalem it speaks of "those days" as in plural. However, when the subject changes to the return of Christ, they reason that it speaks of "that day" singular, thus making a distinction.

Flesh and Blood Cannot Inherit the Kingdom
In this study, we survey the text in 1 Corinthians 15:50 by developing it from the context of Daniel 12. It is often used to refer to a biological body. The reasoning suggests one's biological body cannot go to heaven. Therefore, he must be raised from the grave into a spiritual body.
In light of what Paul calls the natural versus the spiritual body in 1 Cor. 15, are not opposing states of flesh and bone versus a non-material spirit. Could the term flesh and blood have another significance.

Can you believe we are now in the last hour before the Memphis Eschatology Conference begins? I have been trying to finish up details here and there so I can get to sleep before I leave in about an hour for a meeting. Doesn't look like it's going to happen.
