They belong to a special group for sure. Even in the category or list of spiritual gifts, they are always designated separately to distinguish them from all the rest.   One item that is important on the agenda of God is that of order. Countless examples in scripture demonstrate the order that God used in both creating and maintaining our world. In order to determine when was Old Covenant fulfilled?, we must come to some consensus about the meaning of fulfill.
