Power of Prophecy
What is the power of prophecy? One of the best ways I can illustrate the answer to that question as an introduction is to tell you about my own personal story. Shortly after becoming a Christian, I was told that there were several religions and that Christianity might not be true. This greatly disturbed me as I surely was seeking God at the time and wanted to know that I had done the right thing by obeying the Bible.
I was in despair, and certainly void of the skills I have developed in research, the many resources I have ...
Birth Pangs of Romans 8:22|A Church in Labor
Birth Pangs of A Church in Labor
What are the birth pangs of Romans 8 indicative of relative to the creation? This is a very significant term. It helps to set the context, time and significance of the events of Romans 8:18-23. The passage is related to an event which often is misunderstood and misapplied. Fortunately for us, we have a context in the Old covenant which sheds light on the meaning of the passage. The Kingdom of God and Resurrection
1 Corinthians 15 is butchered by most interpreters, especially the text regarding inheriting the kingdom of God, (v. 50). In this writing, I want to suggest another angle from which to consider the meaning of inheriting the kingdom so that the focus is not on human bodies coming out of graveyards. Found in one of the five books of Moses called the Pentateuch meaning 5, Leviticus 19:28, is primarily a part of the instructions God gave to the priests to follow. They were also the God-appointed teachers of the nation. It was their responsibility to teach Israel the ways of God. The Levitical priests were cast into this role by default. Don K. Preston, who co-hosts "The Two Men and a Bible" radio broadcast at AD70.net which airs on Tuesdays at 6 p.m. central, pointed out in our presentation last night that the Levites ...

Prophecy Update
What's new in prophecy update circles? NASA has a website that details the total lunar eclipses which will occur over the next billion years. When these eclipses occur, they create what appears to be a "red moon." This is what is believed to be the concept behind Joel's prophetic sun turning to darkness and the moon into blood.
NASA has tracked that two total lunar eclipses (blood moon) surrounded by darkness occurred in 1948, the year Israel declared itself a state and again in 1967, when they claimed part of Jerusalem. What prophecy update prophets suggest to us is that ...
